Notice to all service providers

Kindly be informed that municipalities have been ordered to refrain from the application of Preferential Procurement Regulations 2017 due to a court order from the supreme court of appeal that declared the regulations inconsistent with the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (Act 5 of 2000).

Inkosi Langalibalele Local Municipality is one of the three municipalities situated within the uThukela District in the KwaZulu-Natal province. It was established by the amalgamation of the Imbabazane and uMtshezi Local Municipalities in August 2016.
