Inkosi Langalibalele Local Municipality hereby invites bids in terms of Section 83 of the
Municipals Systems Act, Act 32 of 2000 as amended and Sections 110 and 112 of the Municipal
Finance Management Act, Act 56 of 2003 from suitable and qualified service providers to provide
pound keeper services for a period of three (3) years.
