Application in terms of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act no.16 of 2013) and the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Regulations, read with the Inkosi Langalibalele Municipality Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By Law.
INKOSI LANGALIBALELE MUNICIPALITY SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY-LAW
To provide for the establishment of the Municipal Planning Approval Authority, Municipal
Planning Appeal Authority and the Municipal Planning Enforcement Authority; to provide for
the adoption and amendment of the Municipality’s land use scheme, to provide for applications
for municipal planning approval; to provide for appeals against decisions of the Municipal
Planning Approval Authority; provide for offences and penalties; to provide for compensation
and matters incidental thereto.
